During our Listing Consultation I like to take the time to learn more about you and your real estate needs. We'll discuss your home and reasons for selling, as well as, if I'm the right realtor for you. Please have all decision makers present.

I like to take this time to take a quick tour around your home, go over the Pre-Listing Packet, and discuss your Home Value Estimate, Net Sheet, and Proposed Schedule of Events. Please have all decision makers present.

Your Home Value is estimated using a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) comparing the homes active/sold in your area. We determine the odds of selling by considering the rate of homes being sold on average. A Net Sheet enables you to see an estimate of yours costs, as well as what you may walk away with after Closing.
