Inspections

It is the buyer's responsibility to conduct thorough due diligence beginning with hiring a home inspector. The home inspector will provide an inspection report of necessary repairs and other repairs that are highly recommended.

Repairs

Upon receiving the inspection report and repair request, it is the seller's responsibility to complete the required home repairs in order to continue to closing. It is very important to hire licensed contractors where necessary.

Other Buyer Due Diligence
