Found the home that fits your needs? Let's make an offer! First step is deciding on how much you are willing to offer considering the asking price. The closer you are to the asking price, the more likely the seller will accept your offer.
Negotiating
There may be times where our first offer, isn't our last. If there are multiple offers on the table, we may have to present a new offer better than our competitors'. The seller also has the option to counter-offer which then replaces our initial offer with their new one. Learn more below.
Offer Accepted
Congrats! Your offer has been accepted and you are days away from owning your new home. But before we reach closing day, there are a few things we have to take care of as far as due diligence. This includes our home inspections, appraisals, and a few other necessities.
